We created personas to understand who the underbanked are, why they are underbanked, and how they can be helped.

We created empathy maps in order to channel the feelings of the underbanked in order to better understand the users and their needs. We also created need statements which allow us to prioritize features that will be more useful for our decided personas.

Paper prototyping helped with getting feedback on prioritization of information, usability, and content arragnement before moving on to digital work. Wireframes allowed us to work through information that we wanted to include and get more feedback based on functionality.
